NCSL Hires Assistant Administrator

The National Capital Soccer League is pleased to announce the addition of Gwen Stewart as a full-time Assistant Administrator.  Gwen has been working with NCSL as the Rules & Discipline Administrator since the Fall 2023 season and will continue to serve the R&D Committee. In her expanded role as Assistant Administrator, Gwen will assist the NCSL Administrator with registration and scheduling for the NCSL-Rec program and the overall league.

“Gwen is a professional who possesses the ideal combination of organization, patience, and soccer intelligence,” said Richard Smith, President of NCSL. “She is already an integral part of the league and will provide dedicated support to the NCSL-Rec program in her expanded role.”
