All NCSL Head Coaches must be PCA certified
To check currect certification and certification expiration date for NCSL coaches, click here. This list reflects those coaches who have PCA certification on file with the NCSL. Only coaches holding current certification on file with the league are qualified for the NCSL. If a coach is not listed, or if their certification is expiring, they must renew or certify before the Wednesday prior to the first league game in order to avoid fines. Games played by teams whose coach is not certified are subject to forfeiture. Double Goal workshop attendance is good for two years. Once a coach has attended both workshops, I and II, their certification is good for 4 years. The online course is only good for one season. Any questions concerning this list should be directed to Claire Filemyr.
Rules change for U9 and U10 teams
US Youth Soccer carded players rostered on U9 and U10 teams are permitted to play on any U9 or U10 team within their club and will be considered club pass players. The club pass players must be of the correct age. Club pass players may only play for one NCSL team per day. Teams are now allowed to have an unlimited number of club pass players for each game.
